This website, and all of the content which is published on this page, as well as the URL, is owned and copyrighted by LUNAR ENTERPRISES with offices at, FDRK5524 Compass Building, Al Shohada Road, AL Hamra Industrial Zone-FZ, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. No portion of this service is to be re-used or re-published elsewhere.

2. Our services

The website www.diggimax.com offers a range of digital marketing and website development services which are booked online through the website and delivered virtually. An overview of our services is as follows:

In order to book any of the digital marketing services which are offered on www.diggimax.com then customers will need to first create an account on the website. Customers will need to provide a username and a secure password which will need to be used each time you wish to enter your account.

Your account on www.diggimax.com will provide information on all of the services and/or packages which you have ordered, a copy of your order history, as well as the option to download invoices for business purposes. Your information and data will also be stored so we may tailor offer you future services in future. 3. Payments

All payments for all of the services on www.diggimax.com will need to be paid in full before any part of our digital marketing services can commence.

All customers will be given a full break-down of the prices of the services and/or packages that they have ordered from us. You will always have the opportunity to review our prices before you commit to engaging with our services.

Prices for our services and packages vary, and we are able to accommodate individual budgets. If you have any more questions about how we price our services, then please get in touch using the information at the bottom of this page.

All payments are processed online through our secure payment portal. When you have completed a payment to www.diggimax.com and this has been confirmed by your bank, LEDM, UAE will appear on your statement as the billing descriptor.

4. Refunds

We work hard on all of our campaigns here at www.diggimax.com. If for any reason you are not happy with any part of the service which we have delivered to you, then you are entitled to request a refund.

Refunds are only issued under certain circumstances. All refunds must be requested within 14 days of the project being delivered, and they must be requested in writing.

If your application for a refund is successful, then the original amount that you paid will be re-imbursed into your account using the original payment method. Please note, then refunds may take between 14 and 20 days to be fully processed and to appear in your account.

5. Delivery

Before you order any services with www.diggimax.com then you will select a delivery time frame for the duration of the project. Our services are offered on an on-going basis to a timeline which is pre-determined by the customer at the point of ordering.

We will advise you how long we anticipate it will take to deliver each individual project. For on-going services then the work is carried out as a going concern until either one of the parties decides to terminate the contract, which must be done in writing.

Some of our projects are done on an individual basis, such as website design and development should you choose not to opt in for our on-going maintenance and support. In this instance you will be given a delivery date from one of our developers as to when you can expect the finished website to be ready.

6. Custom packages

All of our custom packages are arranged and tailored around a brief which is submitted by the customer. When providing a brief, we ask all our customers to make sure that they provide as much information as possible in order for us to determine the best course of action to deliver our services with maximum results. This could include information such as your current and ideal audience, as well as your current and future sales projections. Any sensitive information which is shared with us as part of the package creation process will be handled secure and in accordance with the terms of our privacy policy.

We work with all of our customers to determine which package and combination of services will be right for them. We will always take the goals and objective of our customers into careful consideration when creating a package.

We will advise the duration of the project, and then this is finalised and determined by the customer. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the desired length of the package is correct before proceeding with any orders.

7. Liability and indemnification

Notwithstanding anything written herein to the contrary, the customer and Diggimax acknowledge and agree that Diggimax will not be liable for any losses or damages, whether indirect, incidental, special or consequential, in profits, goods or services, irrespective of whether or not the customer has been advised or otherwise might have anticipated the possibility of such loss or damage.

Diggimax shall indemnify the customer against all actions, claims, losses and expenses in respect of loss or damage to third party property arising from the services supplied by Diggimax.

8. Cancellation policy

Customers may only cancel an order of any services which have been placed at www.diggimax.com if work has not yet begun on any part of the project. When work has already started on a project then the client will not be able to cancel the service, and they will still be liable for the payment of the services in full.

Either party is able to terminate an ongoing contract at any time, provided that at least 30-days notice is given. This notice will need to be provided to www.diggimax.com in writing, explaining in full why you intend to give notice for the termination of the service.

Either party may terminate the contract with immediate effect in the event that there has been a breach in the contract, of these terms and conditions, or if either party is unable to pay their charges or debts or deliver the service which has been requested.

9. Law and jurisdiction

The laws of the United Arab Emirates will have exclusive jurisdiction over any claims which arise from or are related to www.diggimax.com and all claims, including but not limited to non-contractual disputes and claims, shall be governed and construed by the courts of the United Arab Emirates.
